Doug is supported by Emma Storey, who leads leasing and property management, and Amanda Stayton, who focuses on investment sales support and NNN transactions. Doug Shea has spent over 30 years negotiating commercial real estate deals across industrial, office, retail, NNN, self-storage, and land — $350M+ closed. He's built a career on getting clients the best price the market will bear, then structuring the deal to hold up through close. Based in Long Beach, Doug works with owners and investors across Southern California and nationwide on NNN and 1031 transactions. He knows the SoCal market cold and has closed enough deals across enough cycles to have seen most of what can go wrong — which is usually why it doesn't. Emma Storey is The Shea Team's leasing and property management specialist, managing tenant placement, lease negotiations, and ongoing property operations across the team's portfolio. She also brings active sales experience, supporting investment sales transactions across retail, industrial, and office assets. Emma's combination of leasing depth and sales fluency gives clients a single point of contact for the full asset lifecycle — from acquisition through stabilization and disposition.

Amanda Stayton
Amanda Stayton is the newest member of The Shea Team, supporting Doug on all commercial asset classes with a specialty in industrial, NNN and investment sales transactions. Amanda brings a decade of public sector and private business leadership with a focus on economic development. Amanda's energy and analytical rigor adds to the team's deal support and client-service operations.
