Doug Shea has spent over 30 years negotiating commercial real estate deals across industrial, office, retail, NNN, self-storage, and land — $350M+ closed. He's built a career on getting clients the best price the market will bear, then structuring the deal to hold up through close. Based in Long Beach, Doug works with owners and investors across Southern California and nationwide on NNN and 1031 transactions. He knows the SoCal market cold and has closed enough deals across enough cycles to have seen most of what can go wrong — which is usually why it doesn't. Emma Storey leads leasing and property management for The Shea Team, working with landlords and tenants across retail and industrial assets in Long Beach and Southern California. Her focus is helping owners optimize occupancy and rental performance on their investment properties, while handling the day-to-day operational details that keep portfolios running smoothly. She partners closely with Doug on client engagements where leasing and sales strategy intersect.
